Who we are
RenovoFix was set up in Dubai to do one thing well: the maintenance that apartments, villas and buildings need, year after year. The people behind it have run the maintenance of a private portfolio of properties in Dubai for years: the AC calls in May, the leaks behind kitchen cabinets, the repaints between tenants, the contractors who turned up and the ones who didn’t. RenovoFix is that experience, offered to other owners.
We work across Dubai, for homeowners, landlords, owners who live abroad, and the people who manage buildings for them.
What we believe a property owner is owed
- The quote comes before the work, in writing, every time.
- Nothing is added to a job without your yes.
- A job is finished when it’s finished properly, not when the van leaves.
- We don’t claim what we can’t show you.
How a job runs
You message us
What’s wrong, where the property is, and a photo if you have one. WhatsApp, the form or a call back.
We look and quote
In person if it needs it. You get a written quote: the work, the materials and the price. Nothing starts before you approve it.
We do the work at the agreed time
We agree a time with you or your tenant and confirm it the day before. If anything changes once the work is open, you hear first.
You get the photos
What was wrong and what was fixed, against the quote it was done to. Whether you live in the unit or abroad, you see the finished job.
What we don’t do
- Start a job without a written quote you’ve approved.
- Bolt on extras you didn’t agree to.
- Tell you a job is done until it is, with the photos to show it.
- Promise response times, guarantees or credentials we can’t stand behind in writing.
Who we work for
Homeowners
An apartment or a villa you live in. You want the problem fixed properly, by people who turn up when they said they would.
Landlords
One unit or several, with tenants in them. You want the calls to stop, the quote before the spend, and photos instead of a visit.
Owners abroad
You own in Dubai and live elsewhere. You need someone on the ground who quotes in writing and shows you what was done.
Small buildings and managers
A family building, or a manager with units to look after. One team for all the trades, and a plan for the year.
